Educational Leadership Consultancy - Noble & Eaton
Embrace change and make substantial progress
Noble & Eaton
One new initiative we are proud to launch in 2021 is our new educational design consultancy – Noble & Eaton.
Noble & Eaton is a sister company to Envoplan, ably led by Dr Adam England, who has extensive experience and success leading schools in the UK and internationally.
Adam joins the business at an exciting time where much of the conventional wisdom and practice that the sector has followed is being challenged by parents, students, industry and in the media.
Preparing today’s students for tomorrow’s workforce
The Department of Education (and in fact all educators) must face up to these challenges and consider afresh how best to prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s workforce. It is not all about exams! Adam aims to support and guide leadership teams to address the key challenges which their school faces.
At Envoplan we have often been asked to address challenges identified in School Improvement Plans. Pretty much every school has a SIP, and it is imperative that any issues relating to this are firmly understood from a school leadership perspective.
Now with www.nobleandeaton.com very much live, Adam and his team stand ready to work with school leaders ready to embrace change and make substantial progress on behalf of their school.
